| Christian Women's Job Corps - Celebrating 12 Years! | |||||
|
Christian Women's Job Corps, a ministry of Woman's Missionary Union, is dedicated to touching and changing lives by assisting women in becoming
self sufficient and independent. This is a national organization with over 150 sites in 34 states with more being started every day. There are three things each site has in common: each is operated in a Christian context;
each has Bible Study as a major part of the curriculum; each program pairs participants with Christian mentors to serve as a spiritual and personal guide.
As CWJC grows, it continues to bring hope to women in need, one by one, by giving a hand UP, not a hand out. Much has been learned and programs have been adjusted since our beginning ten years ago. One thing is for certain - women's lives are being touched and changed. Most importantly, women are discovering God's love. |
